Wendy Lauen is the Director of Grants at McHenry County College. She is fortunate to have a role she loves, doing work she’s passionate about: helping students achieve their educational and career goals so they can build the lives they want for themselves and their families. Wendy previously held various roles on the executive board for the MCC Staff Council and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the McHenry County Conservation Foundation. She earned a BA from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Aurora University. Wendy lives in McHenry with her spouse. She is a proud member of the LGMC Class of 2023 and serves on the Selection Committee.
