PROGRAM BENEFITS

Participants

Each year, 32 McHenry County leaders from all sectors of the community are selected for our ten-month program dedicated to educating and inspiring them to engage in community leadership.

Classes

The year begins with an orientation followed by a two-day retreat. Leaders meet each month, September-May, and graduate in June.

Program Days

The first five session focus on local topics: Leadership  •  Education •  Law & Justice  •  Healthcare •  Government

Challenge Days

The next four sessions challege participants to work collaboratively in teams to explore and present issues of interest. These days also serve as a call to action for them to become involved and positively impact the community.
