LAURA CULLOTTA

 A proud member of the LGMC Class of 2018 and recipient of the 2022 Distinguished Alum Award, Laura has been serving on the Alumni Committee since 2018. Laura is the Manager of Fund Development at NISRA (Northern Illinois Special Recreation Association), leading the NISRA Foundation. Previously she was the Development Director for the Blackhawk Area Council, Boy Scouts of America overseeing development for 12 counties across northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin. She has 25 years of experience creating and developing businesses. In her current role, she oversees all aspects of fundraising for the NISRA Foundation. She has led the organization to record-breaking fundraising and continues to expand funding for events, grants, and the donor base.

Laura is passionate about her community and volunteers around the county. She serves on the board of the Rotary Club of Woodstock; is a Dorr Township Trustee; has led and is a member of Woodstock Professional Business Women; she volunteers for various organizations and events throughout McHenry County. She won Woodstock Chamber’s Volunteer of the Year in 2019. She has chaired or co-chaired Woodstock Rotary’s Christmas Clearing House for the past 4 years, which won Woodstock’s Nonprofit of the Year in 2020.
