Kelly Hazenfield, MBA, is a dedicated leader with a passion for connecting people, ideas and purpose to strengthen organizations and the communities they serve. In her role as Communications Program Director at Northwestern Medicine, she leads system-wide initiatives focused on patient experience, staff engagement and change management.
With over two decades of experience in marketing, communications and strategic planning, Kelly brings a thoughtful, mission-driven approach to helping organizations grow and thrive.
Kelly has been an LGMC Curriculum Committee member supporting Healthcare Day since 2018. She has previously served on the board of Girls on the Run, Northwest Illinois and has supported the business incubator programs at Woodstock High School and Huntley High School since their launch.
A proud Class of 2017 graduate of Leadership Greater McHenry County, she lives in Huntley and has one son, Jack Gardner, a junior at Michigan State University.
